Type: A telescoping brass high D model with brass head and white plastic fipple plug. When collapsed it measures about 6.25 inches. This is a Scratch & Dent model. The brass sides of the mouthpiece were not cut at exactly the same angle as the block. The difference is hardly noticeable, but is there.

Volume: Moderate to loud with a bright, alsmot chirpy sound. This one is fun to play around with in the second octave. Great for sessions and solos. It seems to have a really good volume range - it can be played moderately loud and also pushed if needed.

Status: Sold in May 2025 to a buyer in Texas, USA.

Additional details: This whistle has a ring attached to the end piece to aid in collapsing/extension. The best crossfingerings are OXXOOO and OXXXOX.
